The ideal candidate has 10+ years in total rewards, strong analytics, and experience managing global teams in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with senior leaders to shape compensation strategy and ensure market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total rewards experience with benefits, global compensation, job architecture, and executive pay.
• Experience leading global teams and influencing across levels.
• Strong M&A compensation and integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing global compensation and benefits team, aligned with business objectives.
• Develop global salary bands, base pay, and variable compensation structures; set benefits strategy.
• Manage executive compensation programs in partnership with CHRO and external consultants.
• Oversee due diligence and integration of compensation during acquisitions.
