• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 20+ years of experience in compensation and benefits with increasing leadership scope.
• Experience presenting to Compensation Committee/Board of Directors and working with Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Total Rewards strategy and execution globally.
• Oversee executive compensation, base pay, short/long-term incentives, benchmarking, structures and systems.
• Manage health, welfare, retirement plans and related governance.
• Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and timely disclosures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver competitive programs.
