Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- 20+ years of experience in compensation and benefits with increasing leadership responsibility.
- Experience presenting to Compensation Committee/Board of Directors members and working with Executive Leadership.
- Global Total Rewards leadership experience.
- Experience overseeing health, welfare, and retirement plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Total Rewards function across the organization, including executive compensation and global programs.
- Oversee design, implementation, administration, maintenance and reporting of compensation programs and initiatives.
- Lead the global design and administration of health and welfare, relocation and retirement plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliant and efficient services.
