Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, with leadership roles.
• Experience presenting to Compensation Committee/Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic design and execution of the Total Rewards philosophy.
• Oversee global compensation programs design, administration, and reporting.
• Develop materials for Board of Directors compensation and committees.
• Lead health, welfare, retirement benefit plans and vendor partnerships.
• Manage a team of approximately 25 professionals.
