Job summary

Fireblocks seeks a Global Total Rewards Lead to own compensation and benefits programs across markets. This hands-on role blends strategy with technical execution and requires deep experience in global pay structures and equity.

You’ll collaborate with People Ops, Finance, and business leaders to keep our offer competitive and compliant. This is a 1-year fixed-term contract in a fast-growing global tech environment, requiring in-office presence in New York three days a week and collaboration

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Total Rewards with full-cycle compensation experience.
• Tech industry experience; understanding of equity compensation.
• Hands-on Radford for market data benchmarking.
• Hands-on HiBob and Pave for comp workflows.
• Strong knowledge of global compensation bands across regions.
• Experience managing multiple annual review cycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Excel and large-scale data analysis.
• High discretion handling sensitive compensation data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Own annual and mid-year cycles end-to-end, including calibration and budgeting.
• Manage global compensation architecture, including job leveling and market pricing.
• Serve as internal expert on Radford, HiBob and Pave for benchmarking and workflows.
• Design and manage global benefits programs across countries.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on offers and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and headcount modeling.
• Create manager/employee communications explaining rewards decisions.
• Monitor pay equity and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Refine total rewards philosophy to stay competitive in tech.
