Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Global Token Products to own end-to-end PM for a portfolio within Visa Token Service (VTS). You will drive strategy, requirements, and delivery, partnering with engineering, analytics, design, legal, and commercial teams across a global matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
• Experience owning product management end-to-end — strategy, requirements, and delivery — ideally in payments, fintech, or token/credential technology.
• Familiarity with digital wallets, credential/identity standards (e.g., EMV tokenization) or emerging payment models (e.g., agentic commerce).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for growing tokenized commerce adoption globally.
• Drive workstreams with strategic accounts to close provisioning, adoption, and performance gaps.
• Define and launch new product frameworks and compliance mechanisms for partners.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to improve authorization and provisioning success rates.
• Build and maintain evidence of performance impact to support commercial efforts.
