Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, product management, innovation, financial services, technology, or related disciplines.
• Experience in tokenization, digital assets, blockchain, capital markets infrastructure, payments, fintech, or related areas.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of tokenization strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Identify and prioritize tokenization use cases considering market demand, value, impact, regulatory considerations, and feasibility.
• Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and technology trends to spot opportunities and risks.
