Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently per company and state rules.
• Remain highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Collect, review, and process titles, Bills of Sale, and Powers of Attorney.
• Perform lien/UCC searches to ensure clean ownership transfers.
• Handle administrative duties: data entry, title tracking, filing, scanning.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
