Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently in line with company and state requirements.
• Handle title-related documents (Bill of Sale, Power of Attorney) for assets transacting on company marketplaces.
• Perform lien/UCC searches to ensure proper transfer of ownership and payoffs.
• Conduct data entry and general administrative tasks (title track, filing, scanning, etc.).
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
