Job summary

IQVIA Biotech is seeking a Therapeutic Project Delivery Head to oversee global clinical programs across CNS, CV, Renal, and Metabolic areas, aligning strategy with execution. You will lead delivery across the portfolio, manage risks and financials, and partner with TA leadership to ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• ~15+ years of clinical research experience, including significant leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering global clinical programs across multiple therapeutic areas.
• Experience leading CNS, CV, Renal and Metabolic portfolios is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio health, delivery performance, and financial outcomes across studies and programs.
• Align PM, Operational Oversight, Clinical Delivery, Start-Up, and Project Coordination teams around common delivery objectives.
• Serve as a senior delivery leader in customer governance meetings, bidder discussions, and escalations.
• Monitor portfolio financial performance, forecast accuracy, and revenue realization opportunities.
• Champion best practices in planning, forecasting, risk and issue management, and change control.
• Coach and mentor leadership within Operational Oversight and delivery professionals.
