Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in project management.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trials and ICH GCP.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in bid defense presentations with Business Development and may lead the presentation for smaller, less complex regional studies.
• Deliver and manage smaller regional studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Execute clinical studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Set objectives for the core team and assess performance.
• Collaborate with other functional groups to support milestones and manage study issues.
• Monitor progress and present project information to stakeholders.
• Manage risk and contingency plans; lead problem solving.
• May serve as primary or backup project contact with customers and vendors.
• Build cross-functional teams and manage collaboration to achieve milestones.
• Ensure the financial success of the project; forecast opportunities to accelerate revenue.
