Job summary

SGS North America Inc. is seeking an Onsite Account Manager to drive revenue growth within global accounts. You will be the main client contact, coordinating orders, inquiries, and technical exchanges across SGS affiliates and personnel involved in contract execution.

You will maximize revenue by connecting with decision-makers, attending client meetings, and ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and reporting. Collaboration with international teams and adherence to contracts are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Educational background in Analytical Sciences, Engineering or related business field.
• 5 years experience in account management or customer service.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the industry for the Softlines business unit.
• Experience in international / multi-cultural environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop global account strategy and translate into action plans.
• Be the main contact and coordinate orders, inquiries, and exchanges between SGS affiliates.
• Maximize revenue by networking with decision-makers within accounts.
• Attend client meetings for marketing, governance, performance reviews, and invoicing.
• Monitor communications and ensure timely, accurate reporting and compliance.
• Take full responsibility for global agreements and contracts and ensure policy adherence.
• Plan and coordinate account activities to meet goals within deadlines.
• Coordinate with execution affiliates to ensure proper procedural communication.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and financial targets for accounts.
• Resolve service delivery issues and maintain strong client relationships.
