Job summary

Publicis Sapient in New York seeks an Executive Client Partner to oversee a flagship global telecom account. You will drive strategic growth with C-suite executives, shape transformation roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact across networks, OSS/BSS, and digital platforms.

You will partner with internal leaders to align strategy, governance, and commercial perspectives while guiding multi‑billion‑dollar transformation agendas and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience working within or selling into the telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex client portfolios.
• Experience owning and operating a $40M–$80M+ P&L with accountability for financial performance.
• Deep telecom expertise across network and platform modernization (including OSS/BSS) and digital customer platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities and their application in business transformation.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement strategy across strategic telecom accounts, aligning objectives with transformation goals.
• Partner with C-suite stakeholders to shape long-term strategy and execution.
• Build long-term executive relationships, governance, and cadence for strategic priorities.
• Represent Publicis Sapient across executive forums, client engagements, and market publications.
• Drive revenue growth by shaping opportunities across emerging technologies and digital platforms.
• Define and execute account roadmaps delivering measurable business impact.
• Own client satisfaction and delivery outcomes, ensuring scope, quality, and value.
• Lead contract negotiations and commercial strategy to strengthen partnerships.
• Mentor and develop high-performing client-facing teams.
