Job summary

ENVE Composites, based in Ogden, Utah, seeks a technology leader to align business goals with scalable tech. You will oversee ERP, internal IT operations, web development, data warehousing, and cybersecurity while building high-performing teams and collaborating with executives.

Define a global technology roadmap and manage both on-site and external partners to enable manufacturing, finance, and growth. A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in tech leadership are required. Full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, IS, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience developing enterprise technology strategy in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems supporting manufacturing, finance, and operations.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise tech functions and manage external partners.

Responsibilities

• Define ENVE's technology roadmap and strategy.
• Lead internal IT operations, software development, and cybersecurity governance.
• Oversee ERP, enterprise systems, data warehouse, and BI initiatives.
• Manage teams of employees, consultants, and vendors; remove roadblocks.
• Partner with executives to translate business goals into tech solutions.
