Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of R&D scientists and application engineers.
• Monitor and evaluate progress and results; determine improvements.
• Work daily with global teams to align technical resources with business strategy.
• Expand capabilities to support product development and testing.
• Oversee global laboratory operations and investment strategies.
