This highly visible leadership role will report directly to the Global Technology Director of Advanced Performance Materials and is based at the Chemours Discovery Hub in Newark, DE . This role requires close collaboration with g lobal strategic growt h, commercial, marketing , and manufacturing resources to align innovation efforts with customer and market needs.Chemours' Advanced Performance Materials business develops high-performance materials that enable critical technologies across semiconductor manufacturing, AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, advanced communications, transportation, energy, and industrial markets. Fluoropolymers are that solution.This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the global technical team collaborati ng with our customers and value chain partners to drive technology development at the forefront of these industry transformations , as well as supporting the existing applications and product portfolio .This highly visible role of Global Technology Manager will lead a global team of scientists and engineers around the wor ld , who are responsible for solving the challenges that face the current incumbent materials.The Global Technology Manager will coordinate program activities and resourcing, guide development and prioritization, and have oversight of the global R&D, t echnical s ervice, p rototyping , testing, and application development laboratories in America, Europe and China . The role also interacts with strategic customers and value chain partners to identify and drive adoption of the new materials .
