Job summary

The Chemours Company in Newark, DE is seeking a Global Technology Manager to lead a global team focused on melt processable fluoropolymers for advanced materials. You will align R&D with customer needs, manage programs, and guide development labs across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Required are a strong background in polymer science and 10+ years in tech leadership, plus 5+ years of people management. This role offers international collaboration and a chance to shape next-gen electronics

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in R&D, technology leadership, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of direct people management experience.
• Experience leading global technology organizations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong background in polymer formulation, processing, characterization, and product development for advanced electronics and semiconductor applications.
