HP Indigo seeks a Technical Training Specialist in Alpharetta, GA to deliver complex training across the Indigo press portfolio. You will train customers and HP staff, handle admin tasks, and collaborate with global teams to improve materials and processes.

The role requires 50% travel, strong presentation and communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges while maintaining a professional presence on site at customer locations.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent presentation skills and engaging public speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HP Indigo Operator training classes and Production Optimization Visits.
• Perform pre- and post-class administrative tasks on time and satisfactorily.
• Keep labs clean, orderly, and well stocked.
• Keep presses maintained and in good working order.
• Collaborate with team to provide the best customer experience.
• Collaborate globally on training materials and content for continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date on HP Indigo press models and features.
• Provide strong communication on customer visits.
• Integrate technical knowledge to create customer solutions.
• Resolve incidents independently and with team members.
• Identify opportunities to prevent problems and generate service revenue.
