Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HP GSB Operator training classes and Production Optimization/Ramp up visits at facilities or customer sites.
• Complete pre- and post-class administrative tasks on time and satisfactorily.
• Keep labs and sites clean, organized, and well stocked; maintain presses.
• Collaborate with team and global counterparts to improve training materials and content.
• Stay up to date on HP press models, features, and value propositions.
• Provide strong communication on customer visits and integrate technical knowledge to create customer solutions.
• Resolve incidents independently and with team support, across technologies as needed.
• Lead cross-team programs/projects and coach junior colleagues.
