Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate technical training programs across our equipment and software systems. You will write materials, conduct classes, and support continuous improvement efforts.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in training, and proficiency with MS Office, LMS, content development, and Adobe. Travel up to international destinations may be required; evenings/weekend work possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and conduct technical training programs.
• Assess training needs and certification requirements.
• Deploy on the job training to targeted personnel.
• Prepare training material and classroom agenda.
• Provide end user training for client.
• Conduct presentations and webinars.
• Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
• Assist in design of computer-based and multimedia curriculum.
• Continuously enhance instructional delivery and presentation skills.
• Ensure quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
• Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies.
• Manage action item registers supporting continuous improvement projects.
