Job summary

OPSWAT is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join the OESIS Framework team and guide customers across regions. You will resolve technical issues, provide professional services, and coordinate with global teams to stabilize environments and drive customer success.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on VM testing across Windows, Linux, and macOS, with opportunities for training and escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, Professional Services, or similar role.
• Strong technical background with IT environments, system implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows and Windows Server; basic Linux/macOS networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the global OPSWAT Support team to resolve technical issues, adhering to SLAs.
• Act as Technical Account Manager for technically skilled customers (engineers, IT staff).
• Deliver professional services for implementing OPSWAT OESIS Framework products.
• Build and maintain customer relationships with regular calls and progress tracking.
• Coordinate across Support, R&D, Product, and other departments worldwide.
