You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and engineering leaders to identify top technical talent, deliver market intelligence, and influence hiring in an AI-accelerated landscape.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting for software/AI/ML teams.
• Proven success sourcing highly specialized technical talent at top tech companies.
• Deep proficiency with sourcing platforms: LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and map hiring needs to talent market strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and funnel analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to craft compelling candidate messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent.
• Collaborate with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Tell The Trade Desk story and communicate mission and culture.
• Craft thoughtful outreach to passive, specialized talent and build relationships.
• Advise on hiring criteria using market data.
• Provide pipeline updates as hiring plans evolve.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and industry mapping.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging sourcing technologies to improve quality and efficiency.
• Build and maintain talent maps across academia, open-source communities, and industry.
• Maintain organized candidate data in ATS/CRM with high stakeholder experience.
