Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting in software, product-driven, or AI/ML environments.
• Proven success sourcing highly specialized technical talent at a premier tech company, startup, or leading SaaS.
• Deep proficiency with sourcing platforms and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, ATS/CRM tools).
• Ability to translate hiring needs into talent market strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and funnel analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches in parallel with high quality.
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and bias for action in a fast-moving setting.
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent.
• Partner with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Tell The Trade Desk story and mission to candidates and align with culture.
• Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach to passive and senior technical candidates.
• Provide market insights and calibrate candidate profiles to hiring criteria.
• Deliver timely pipeline updates and adapt to changing hiring plans.
• Conduct market research and industry mapping to advise on compensation and availability.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging sourcing technologies to improve efficiency.
• Build and maintain talent maps across key skill areas.
• Maintain organized candidate data in ATS/CRM and ensure strong stakeholder experience.
