Job summary

The Trade Desk, Inc. in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Technical Sourcer to shape our sourcing strategy for software, ML/AI, and data engineering roles. You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and engineering leaders to understand role requirements and identify exceptional technical talent.

You’ll leverage AI-enabled research tools, engage passive candidates, deliver market insights, and drive continuous improvement across the funnel as part of our global Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Ability to understand technical concepts (software, AI/ML, distributed systems).
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and funnel analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized sourcing strategies for software engineers, ML/AI specialists, and data engineers.
• Partner with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Deliver market intelligence and calibrate candidate profiles based on real-time data.
• Leverage AI-enabled research tools and emerging sourcing technologies to improve pipeline quality.
• Maintain organized candidate data in ATS/CRM and provide timely pipeline updates.
