Job summary

Volvo Construction Equipment seeks a Technical Service Manager to drive dealer readiness, service capability, and customer uptime within an assigned region. You will collaborate with dealers to build people, processes, and technical competence to resolve issues and support Volvo products.

The role requires leading complex escalations, coordinating cross-functional resources, and driving quality improvement through structured feedback and escalation processes.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree in a relevant field required; four-year degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of five years relevant product experience in same or related industry required.
• Minimum of five years relevant systems experience in hydraulics and electrics/electronics in the same or related industry required.

Responsibilities

• The Technical Service Manager drives dealer technical readiness, service capability, and customer uptime within an assigned geographic area of responsibility.
• Works with dealers to develop people, processes, tools, and technical competence to independently resolve customer issues and support Volvo products.
• Provides technical leadership for complex escalations and coordinates cross-functional resources.
