Job summary

Brose Sitech is seeking a capable project manager to oversee the installation and startup of a foam production factory in the United States. You will coordinate the entire process from start to factory completion, working closely with the European technical group to meet timelines and budgets.

The role requires strong technical project management and communication skills, plus experience coordinating suppliers and teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong technical project management skills and experience.
• Experience in managing the technical installation and setup of an industrial facility.
• Strong communication with technical experts and equipment suppliers.
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation and startup of a foam production factory project with guidance from the European technical group.
• Coordinate from project start to factory completion (approximately 2 years).
• Manage timing, resources, and costs for the duration of the project.
• Source and coordinate local equipment suppliers with guidance from the European team.
• Coordinate schedules and timelines with European colleagues and suppliers.
• Track costs versus budgets and equipment construction contracts.
• Arrange temporary offices and facilities during installation until permanent facilities are ready.
