Qualifications

• Experience in software development, technical project management, or technical project execution.
• Strong coordination across engineering, IT, manufacturing, and other teams.
• Ability to independently track timelines, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Analytical problem-solving to translate complex requirements into plans.
• Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, backend systems, and system integration.
• Basic SQL skills for data queries and issue investigation.
• Basic knowledge of Python for troubleshooting.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills using Excel/Sheets.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken/written).
• Ability to work with Asia teams and across time zones; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and execution of technical projects; track timelines and risks.
• Coordinate with software, IT, engineering, and manufacturing teams; engage vendors.
• Translate operational needs into clear technical requirements and actions.
• Coordinate cross-system API, database, IT, and automation workflows.
• Maintain project documentation: requirements, minutes, action items, schedules.
• Track progress and communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Work with manufacturing teams to monitor implementation and validation.
• Collaborate with Houston and Asia teams for handoffs and issue resolution.
• Travel to US sites and occasionally international locations for deployments.
