Job summary

Foxconn Assembly, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Project/Program Manager to coordinate new product introductions through contract manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional planning with engineering, supply chain, and quality to meet schedules, verify BOM readiness, and manage prototypes and pilot runs.

Strong organizational, communication, and ERP/MS Project skills are required, with a background in manufacturing environments preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor new product introductions through the contract manufacturing process.
• Analyze and provide project requirements such as quotes, resource estimates, cost structures, and SLA analysis to customers.
• Work with internal functional teams for planning, prioritization, and issue resolution; verify BOM structure, material readiness, testing plan, etc.
• Identify potential project risks, critical paths, and solutions.
• Coordinate prototypes and mass production builds per customer goals and due dates, including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Communicate project updates, issues, and wrap up with customers.
• Ensure smooth process transfer to sustaining teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
