Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, or related technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing full product development lifecycles from business award through production launch.
• Experience with technical product development programs.
• Experience in industrial computing, embedded systems, electronics, semiconductor, or related industries.
• Understanding of hardware development and manufacturing processes including NPI workflows and engineering validation stages.
• Familiarity with JDM/ODM/OEM business models preferred.
• Experience working with global teams across cultures, time zones, and communication styles.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex technical programs from concept through mass production launch.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between customers, engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Define project scope, requirements, milestones, deliverables, and execution strategy.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with customer expectations and internal planning.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, action items, and escalation paths.
• Track status, changes, and deliverables; communicate to stakeholders.
• Facilitate customer meetings, technical reviews, and internal program discussions.
• Ensure requirements and expectations are captured and communicated across global teams.
• Support NPI activities including EVT, DVT, PVT, and production readiness.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Document communications, decisions, and actions in PM tools.
• Participate in pre-sales and business development discussions to understand requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and internal global teams.
