• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (EE/ME/CS/Mechatronics).
• 8+ years in automotive/off-highway/industrial/embedded systems development.
• 5+ years of technical project management leading global engineering projects.
• Experience managing complete product development life cycles from concept to SOP.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary technical and project interface for customer engineering organizations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead technical discussions, project reviews, escalation meetings, and executive steering committees.
• Coordinate customer requirements, change requests, issue resolution activities, and release planning.
• Drive project execution from initiation to SOP and project closure.
• Monitor and control project performance against milestones and deliverables.
