Job summary

Bosch Group is seeking a Project Manager within the Vehicle Motion Division to lead cross-functional teams and ensure delivery of safety and motion solutions for automotive applications. You will own schedules, drive issue resolution, and coordinate with customers and Bosch teams to meet milestones.

The role demands at least 3 years of project experience with customer interfaces, a PMP certification is preferred, and international travel is possible. Indefinite US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with customer interface.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with GM is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management processes and tools (scheduling, forecasting, reporting).
• Combination of technical and commercial skills in mechatronics is valued.
• Experience integrating into project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to meet customer requirements and deliverables.
• Develop program timelines and activity reports to drive on-time completion of tasks.
• Identify, prioritize and resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, quality or customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and drive changes with internal stakeholders using Bosch change processes to meet milestones.
• Manage internal and customer communications (status, risks, decisions).
• Prepare impact analyses for design changes and tooling/process changes.
• Provide data for forecast/planning and maintain project folders.
• Travel up to 10% (including international).
