Job summary

BOSCH is seeking an experienced project manager in the United States to lead cross-functional teams in automotive initiatives. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate hardware/software milestones, and drive profitability while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive project management, a relevant engineering degree, and strong communication with stakeholders across disciplines. On-site work in Michigan is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects for the automotive industry.
• Experience across all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, control, closing.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables from initiation to closure and ensure targets are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate hardware/software deliveries for milestones.
• Maintain accurate project status reports and report to leadership.
• Drive initiatives to improve EBIT, change management and profitability.
• Organize customer and internal meetings to fulfill objectives.
• Oversee risk, quality, and problem resolution with cross-functional teams.
