UTAC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with the sales team, TPMs and factory personnel across technical customer engagements. You will drive high-impact programs from design through production ramp, act as the primary technical contact for customers, and coordinate change notices, audits and CFQ improvements.

Competenze

• 5+ years in the semiconductor industry or related field.
• Knowledge of front-of-line and end-of-line assembly operations.
• Familiar with DOE, reliability requirements, FMEA and QA tools.
• Self-driven with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate and present to groups of varying sizes.
• Willing to travel and work across multiple time zones.

Mansioni

• Drive cross-site teams for successful rollout of new programs to high-volume manufacturing.
• Act as the first contact for technical inquiries; coordinate with Sales, R&D and Engineering Ops.
• Coordinate corporate activities across customers (e.g., test transfer, idling equipment).
• Manage and support Quality issues and CIP updates; audits and 8D follow-up.
• Coordinate customer visits and prepare data for technical reviews (line upgrades, Capex).
• Proactively work with factories to enable VE engineering initiatives and drive completion.
• Resolve packaging, processing, materials issues including dual sourcing.
• Support sales process with technical feasibility feedback to sales and executive team.
• Manage new devices, projects from Design to Qualification to Production Ramp.
• Define project specs, coordinate qualification builds and ramp.
• Lead factory/customer technical projects and act as quality/NPIs contact.
• Implement change notices and resolve technical issues.
