UTAC seeks a Director of Off-Site Services to lead the Solutions, Service and Certification groups, delivering technical support and resources while managing customer expectations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related role.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Concur and Kronos.
• Strong leadership of diverse teams and excellent collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility.
• Oversee mechanical and electrical design teams, field services, project managers, and certification group.
• Provide revenue forecasting and budget numbers.
• Represent the service group in Senior Leadership meetings.
• Work with Sales to track leads and secure opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to UTAC processes and safety regulations.
• Provide labor estimates and technical descriptions for quotes.
• Lead performance reviews and monthly progress reporting.
