Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Ability to coordinate multiple functions and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical liaison between APC China and APC USA.
• Coordinate with customer service, manufacturing, purchasing and QA on first article hardware and production.
• Define program scope, schedule, and drive milestones to meet contract requirements.
• Provide technical clarifications and manage risks and changes.
• Support engineering design, production transfers, and qualification testing.
