Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee manufacturing operations in assigned area.
• Organize programs to plan/schedule and drive productivity improvements.
• Schedule delivery requirements to meet customer lead times.
• Supervise diverse manufacturing operations including fabrication, machining, and assembly.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with other departments and maintain safe working environment.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and housekeeping.
