Qualifications

• Degree in veterinary medicine; board certification or specialty recognition is a plus.
• Experience in technical, scientific, medical affairs, R&D, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of global therapeutic categories, regulatory considerations, and commercial strategy.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific information to both technical and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global subject matter expert for a selected therapeutic category.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, regulatory, R&D, category, and business development teams.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, research institutions, industry bodies, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Develop data generation, publication, positioning, messaging, and claims strategies.
• Provide technical guidance for emerging technologies, partnerships, business development opportunities, and potential acquisitions.
• Create and deliver technical training for regional and local teams.
• Represent the organization's technical leadership at scientific and industry events globally.
