Qualifications

• Proven B2B marketing experience within life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CDMO, drug delivery, or related technical industries.
• Demonstrated success translating complex scientific concepts into compelling marketing programs.
• Experience leading global campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Strong commercial judgment, project leadership, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a globally aligned marketing strategy that supports Pharma Solutions growth objectives.
• Align portfolio, commercial, and regional stakeholders around a coordinated market approach.
• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen brand visibility, engage customers, and grow the commercial pipeline.
