This role will provide deep technical expertise, market insight, and strategic guidance to internal teams and external stakeholders, helping shape category strategy, product development, launch planning, and long-term portfolio growth.

• Serve as the global subject matter expert for a selected therapeutic category, translating scientific, clinical, market, and competitive trends into actionable business insights.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, regulatory, R&D, category, and business development teams to inform product strategy, pipeline development, lifecycle management, and launch execution.
• Build and leverage relationships with key opinion leaders, research institutions, industry bodies, and regulatory stakeholders to strengthen scientific credibility and category leadership.
• Develop data generation, publication, positioning, messaging, and claims strategies that support product differentiation, value propositions, and market adoption.
• Provide technical guidance for emerging technologies, partnerships, business development opportunities, and potential acquisitions.
• Create and deliver technical training and guidance for regional and local teams to strengthen product knowledge and commercial effectiveness.
• Represent the organization's technical leadership at scientific and industry events globally.

Requirements

• Experience supporting product launches, commercialization strategies, KOL engagement, scientific communications, technical training, or publication planning.
