Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Launch Manager to be located in Raritan, NJ or West Chester, PA. You will lead the manufacturing deployment initiatives across global operations, guiding design transfer, DFMA readiness, and cross‑functional teams to ensure a successful product launch.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical settings, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 7 years professional experience.
Medical Device/Pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
Strong communication and management influence skills are required.
Strong Manufacturing Experience is required.

Responsibilities

Lead the assigned group.
Coach and develop direct reports.
Provide global operations leadership to assigned programs or projects.
Develop operations strategy and project plan from charter through hand-off to manufacturing/supplier site to global launch.
Partner with other functions to meet objectives including profitability, timeliness and quality.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality and Supply Chain to support manufacturing objectives and governance.
Ensure design transfer, DFMA readiness and process capability analyses are planned and executed.
Build cross-functional teams with feedback and coaching.
Follow processes for new product development to ensure compliance.
Communicate business issues or opportunities to management.
Follow Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
Ensure subordinates follow guidelines and resources are available.
Ensure compliance with regulations.
Perform other duties as needed.
