Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, preferably with operations or engineering focus.
• 10 years of practical experience in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience in cleaning and CIP operations troubleshooting.
• Experience in cleaning validation programs.
• Ability to travel 50%+ based on customer needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain Visas for International travel.
• No immigration sponsorship available for this opportunity.
• Master's degree in Life Sciences field preferred with operations/engineering focus.
• Familiarity with Life Sciences industry (Pharmaceutical/Personal Care).
• Auditing experience (internal or external) desirable.
• Project leadership and change control understanding.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
• GMP production site experience and regulatory knowledge (FDA, MHRA, HPRA).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to resolve complex customer problems related to cleaning and hygiene across Personal Care manufacturing applications.
• Conduct customer technical visits and site surveys, reviewing contamination control practices and cleaning products.
• Assist the customer in change control processes, including project management support and validation consultation.
• Conduct internal trainings and customer-facing seminars on cGMPs and cleaning validation principles.
• Assist in communicating best practices to the greater field sales organization.
• Provide leadership on unique customer projects beyond the typical technical scope of Account Managers.
• Ensure brand standards and timely final reports.
