Job summary

Dazzle IT Services is seeking a Technical Architect for Industrial Automation & SCADA to lead automation initiatives in a regulated medical device setting. You will guide a large global team, design scalable data frameworks, and ensure compliant validation throughout the project lifecycle.

You will oversee modernization of control platforms, implement MQTT/OPC UA interfaces, and enable real-time KPI dashboards across production lines while coordinating with quality and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Senior technical architect with automation expertise in regulated environments.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on SCADA and MES projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISA-95 standards and data modeling for OT/IT.
• Proven ability to migrate legacy controls to scalable architectures with validation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical architect and consultant for automation projects.
• Lead 15+ engineers onsite and offshore and mentor the team.
• Architect and implement SCADA/MES integrations and real-time data pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and FDA guidelines for validated environments.
• Drive OT/IT convergence and cyber security hardening initiatives.
