Qualifications

• Proven experience as a SCADA Architect with GeoSCADA, AVEVA System Platform, AVEVA PI and Ignition SCADA.
• Expertise in SCADA architectures, data modeling, and integration with PLC/RTU/SCADA systems.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation to improve UX.
• Experience with system integration using OPC DA/UA, Modbus, DNP3, JSON, REST, and XML.
• Ability to create SQL databases to capture data streams and write queries.
• Create or modify PLC programs using Structured Text, Function Block Diagrams and Ladder Logic.
• Experience managing multiple project priorities and deliverables.
• Collaborate with project management and an engineering team.
• Experience creating and modifying SCADA/HMI screens, alarms and reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SCADA systems using multiple software suites.
• Configure and program SCADA software to monitor industrial processes.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Lead a project team of Digital Solutions engineers and plan tasks.
• Mentor engineering team members for the Digital Solutions group.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot SCADA software and PLCs.
• Integrate SCADA with historians for data acquisition, analysis and reporting.
• Conduct system testing and commissioning for correct operation.
• Perform system upgrades with minimal operational disruption.
• Provide technical support and timely issue resolution.
• Participate in training to stay updated on SCADA trends.
