Job summary

TensorWave is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to own the end-to-end lifecycle of technology assets, coordinate with engineering and architecture teams, and optimize total cost of ownership for hardware and data center components.

You will forecast demand, negotiate with OEMs and SaaS providers, and build resilient, agile global supply chains while ensuring timely, compliant delivery to decentralized data centers. Strong communication and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain, procurement, or sourcing experience in a technology/engineering environment.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement of data center infrastructure, software, and services; negotiate contracts and manage vendors.
• Coordinate material and information flow among suppliers, internal stakeholders, and management.
• Identify and manage technology vendors, component manufacturers, and cloud infra partners.
• Negotiate MSAs, SLAs, and pricing to mitigate risk and control costs.
• Build redundancy in supplier network to guard against geopolitical disruptions or shortages.
• Partner with Engineering to translate roadmaps into multi-year supply forecasts.
• Manage end-of-life cycles and transitions to next-gen tech; avoid obsolete inventory.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and lead times to adjust purchasing strategies.
• Support Accounting with cashflow forecasting and budgeting in line with A/P principles.
• Oversee domestic and global logistics, customs compliance, and delivery to data centers.
• Collaborate with Inventory Management to track hardware assets from production to deployment.
• Work with program management to ensure parts availability for planned deliveries.
