Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, technology, consulting, business operations, or related field.
• Ability to translate complex topics into executive-ready communications and presentations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills across multiple priorities.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience across geographies or global organizations is a plus.
• Publishing or media experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Technology leadership to translate vision into priorities, initiatives, and measures.
• Coordinate and track high-priority initiatives across a complex, global organization and translate broad objectives into structured workplans.
• Draft clear, concise communications for senior leadership, including executive presentations and briefing materials.
• Work with the Global CIO Office to define agendas, prepare recommendations, document decisions, and ensure follow-through.
• Support change management with HR to help teams understand new structures, responsibilities, and ways of working.
