Job summary

Software Resources in San Francisco is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist for a 12+ month contract. The role is on-site four days a week with Fridays remote; you will partner with Technology teams to shape category strategies, optimize spend, and lead global sourcing initiatives.

Strong analytics, negotiation, and stakeholder management are required, with 5+ years in strategic sourcing and a related bachelor's degree. DOE applies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in SCM, engineering, or business or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of strategic sourcing experience.
Experience with spend analytics and market analysis tools.
English written and verbal proficiency.

Responsibilities

Serve as an individual contributor focused on technology strategic sourcing across the organization.
Develop and implement category and country strategy plans to influence spend and drive decisions.
Integrate spend data analytics, market insights, and risk mitigation for sourcing strategies.
Lead global category strategies to maximize profits and efficiency.
Organize internal resources and build relationships with suppliers to maximize outcomes.
