Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager (Software/SaaS) within Global Procurement to drive technology vendor strategies and negotiate high-impact contracts. • Experience in strategic sourcing of technology software/SaaS and related procurement.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
• Ability to analyze total cost of ownership and ROI for technology deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract and commercial negotiations for technology products and services globally (SaaS/PaaS).
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, InfoSec, Compliance to enforce vendor policies.
• Develop financial analyses of pending transactions and benchmark savings opportunities.
• Advise on licensing, vendor risks, and commercial/contractual issues for IT groups.
• Lead license audits and certifications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Engineering leadership to address vendor sensitivities and opportunities.
• Track and report on strategic vendor activities, spend trends, and performance.
