Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology/regulatory roles at a law firm or in-house.
• J.D. from a top-tier law school.
• Active state bar admission in good standing (U.S. candidates).
• Experience advising on global data, digital, and technology regulation (EU AI Act, DSA, DMA, etc.).
• Experience supporting SaaS, cloud, or data-platform products and partnering with Engineering, Product, and Security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal SME on emerging global regulatory frameworks outside privacy/export controls (DORA, NIS-2, EU Data Act, EU AI Act, CRA, DMA, DSA).
• Lead strategic implementation of regulatory requirements and maintain the centralized regulatory roadmap and incident playbooks.
• Embed regulatory compliance by design into Data Intelligence Platform, Lakehouse, and AI workflows; foresee blockers before launches.
