Job summary

the company in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Recruitment Manager, Tech to lead a team of (Senior) Recruiters and drive our global tech talent strategy. You’ll partner with our CTO, Global Head of Product, and engineering leadership to attract and assess top candidates.

This in-office role requires 12+ years in recruitment, demonstrated global leadership, and a hands-on approach to process improvement, diversity initiatives, and strong stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality hires

Qualifications

12+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced global organization.
6+ years of leading teams and handling escalations.
Extensive full cycle recruitment with a focus on tech.
Experience leading global recruiting projects and change management.
Proven ability to create and drive tech recruiting strategies.
Trusted advisor building relationships in a dynamic environment.
Hands-on yet collaborative with automation mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of (Senior) Recruiters.
Partner with senior leaders to drive a global Tech Talent Acquisition strategy.
Lead global and local recruiting projects on data usage, DEI, rewards, employer branding, and candidate experience.
