Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Category Manager – Technology Procurement to shape global technology spend strategy across SaaS, cloud, and IT services. You will partner with CTO, Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, and Security to drive cost efficiency and risk-aware contracting.

You will own multi-year roadmaps, guide complex negotiations, and lead executive stakeholder engagements while promoting innovation and alignment with security and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and commercial negotiations.
• Extensive SaaS licensing, cloud pricing structures, and enterprise technology agreements experience.
• Ability to influence senior collaborators and guide complex negotiations.
• Experience in global/matrix environments; FinOps, cloud optimization, or engineering cost models preferred.
• Strategic problem solver with strong commercial competence and accountability.
• Proven ownership of outcomes and ability to balance technical, financial, and operational factors.

Responsibilities

• Define and own global strategy across technology spend including SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, and IT services.
• Establish multi-year sourcing roadmaps aligned with tech roadmap, product, and financial targets.
• Lead high-value negotiations and structure agreements to optimize cost and risk.
• Own supplier landscape, segmentation, and partnership models.
• Lead executive-level vendor engagements with CTO/Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, and Security.
• Use analytics and AI tools to drive cost efficiency and identify strategic opportunities.
• Influence procurement policies, governance, and compliance with security/regulatory standards.
• Drive transformation through new sourcing models, automation, and consumption-based optimization.
